KitchenIQ has introduced the Deluxe Diamond Edge Grip knife sharpener. The compact 2-stage sharpener offers diamond abrasives, which the company said quickly sharpen damaged and dull straight edge and serrated knives.
The sharpener can be used on high-quality straight or serrated European and American style knives. It comes with a non-slip signature V-Grip base and a soft grip rubber handle for comfort and steadiness when sharpening. The patented V-Grip bottom allows for added stability when using the sharpener on the edge of a counter or table.
According to the company, the diamond rods and triangular shaped ceramic stones feature pre-set sharpening angles that provide the proper sharpening angle. The coarse diamond rods provide ideal quick edge setting capabilities, and the fine ceramic stones are used for the final edge honing as well as to sharpen serrated style knives.
