Kuhn Rikon has added color choices for its silicone Stay Clean Scrubber assortment, introducing purple and black into the mix.
According to the company, purple and black complement sophisticated kitchen décor trends and expands the appeal of the scrubber.
“We introduced the Stay Clean Scrubber earlier this year, and it’s quickly become one of our top sellers. The seven color choices will attract attention at retail and appeal to a wider audience,” said Ahna Posner, director of product development, Kuhn Rikon.
The Stay Clean Scrubber has a contoured shape that the company said makes it easy to hold. In addition, a non-porous, food-safe silicone is said to dry faster and doesn’t harbor bacteria. It is also dishwasher safe and when dry, the scrubber can also be used to remove lint and hair. The scrubber is safe to use on non-stick cookware and other kitchen surfaces, and is heat-resistant up to 445 degrees Fahrenheit, the company said.
The Kuhn Rikon Stay Clean Scrubber is available in clear, as well as red, green, blue and orange, and has a suggested retail price of $8. The new colors will be available in October.
