Kuhn Rikon is bringing two new fry pan collections to the market, dubbed the Silver Star and Black Star frying pan lines.
Made from uncoated stainless steel, the Silver Star collection of frying pans are made with a Superthermic sandwich base with aluminum core, the company said. Silver Star can be used on all stovetops, including induction, and contains honeycomb ridges on the inside base of the pan, which was designed to distribute fats or oils evenly. The pan is dishwasher safe, with hand washing recommended.
Available in three sizes, the pans range in suggested retail price from $110 to $130. The 9.5-inch and 11-inch fry pans are currently available, with a 10.5-inch offering available in the summer.
The Black Star set of frying pans is constructed of uncoated carbon steel and can be used on all types of stovetops, in the oven or on the grill, the company said. It can be wiped clean with a paper towel. The Black Star line is available in three sizes, 7.5-inch, 11-inch and 12.75-inch, and has a suggested retail price range of $89 to $199.
Both Kuhn Rikon’s Silver Star frying pan and Black Star frying pan collections come with a 10-year warranty.
