Kyocera Adds Next Generation Ceramic Coated Cookware

CHICAGO— Kyocera is bringing its new Gen 2 ceramic-coated non-stick cookware sets to the International Home + Housewares Show, here.

According to the company, the gourmet non-stick fry pan set features Kyocera’s proprietary Gen-2 ceramic non-stick coating technology, which allows the pieces to be scratch resistant as well as easy to clean. The cookware is induction ready and is made from a heavy gauge aluminum body clad with a stainless base. A 3-rivet stainless steel handle completes the look, according to Kyocera, and the pans are oven safe for up to 400° Fahrenheit.

The pans are sold in several configurations of two pans each and one set of three pans. The 8-and 10-inch fry pan set has a suggested retail price of $94.95. The 8- and 12-inch fry pans carry a suggested retail price of $104.95. The set of 10- and 12-inch fry pans has a suggested retail price of $114.95 and a set that includes all three sizes has a suggested retail price of $149.95.
