Lady Gaga used Dyson’s new Supersonic hair dryer while preparing for her Super Bowl halftime show, according to a report by PopSugar.
According to the report, Lady Gaga had the hair dryer with her during a pre-Super Bowl press conference, and then used it to give her hair a dramatic “wind blown” effect.
Dyson launched the Supersonic hair dryer in 2016, which marked the company’s entrance into the personal care market.
The hair dryer is powered by a patented digital motor. It features intelligent heat control, a glass bead thermistor that measures the temperature 20 times a second and transmits this data to a microprocessor and Dyson’s air multiplier technology. It also features four heat settings, three airflow settings, a cold shot and three magnetic attachments that feature heat shield technology.
The hair dryer launched exclusively at Sephora in the fall of 2016 with a suggested retail price of $399.
