CHICAGO— Lagostina from Groupe SEB will be showcasing its newly-launched Nera collection of hard anodized cookware at the International Home + Housewares Show, here.
The new cookware, according to the company, features premium hard anodized construction, which includes a thick base. It is designed for even heat distribution, while the non-stick coating is said to provide an easy cooking and cleaning experience. Although the cookware is made from hard anodized materials, the collection’s lids are made of polished, hammered stainless steel.
The Nera line can be used in an oven and on gas, electric and ceramic stovetops and are oven and broiler safe to 500°F, the company said. Dishwasher safe, the cookware products also have flared edges for dripless pouring and sturdy and ergonomic riveted cast stainless steel handles.
Available with a lifetime warranty, Nera is available in a 12-piece set, which carries a suggested retail price of $299.99. The set includes an 8.5-inch and 10–inch skillet; a 1-quart saucepan with lid, 3-quart saucepan with lid, a 3.5-quart sauté pan with lid, an 8-quart pasta pot with lid, pasta insert and a 12-inch everyday pan with two side handles.
Additionally, several cookware pieces are available in open stock. These include a 5-quart casserole dish, which carries a suggested retail price of $74.99; a 12-inch fry pan, which also carries a $74.99 suggested retail price; a Panini press set that has a suggested retail price of $89.99; a 2-quart saucepan set to retail at $59.99; and a two-pack of fry pans, a 10-inch and 12-inch, which carries a suggested retail price of $74.99.
