For the holiday season, Le Creuset has released new tartan print cookware and bakeware at Williams-Sonoma stores.
According to the company, in order to create the tartan pattern on the housewares, artisans fire the stoneware, appliqué the pattern by hand and then fire it again to create a durable textured finish.
Designed to coordinate with the Williams-Sonoma tartan dinnerware collection, Le Creuset is offering the tartan pattern in a Dutch oven and a covered baker. The covered baker carries a suggested retail price of $190, while the Dutch oven is currently selling for $380.
The tartan goods will be available for a limited-time.
