Lifetime Brands has introduced the Hot Doglicious cooker. According to the company, the Hot Doglicious is designed to make a vendor-style hot dog in the microwave.
The patent-pending design cooks the hot dog and warms the bun at the same time, which produces a ready-to-eat, in-the-bun hot dog in under 45 seconds, the company said. Users put the hot dog in the cooking chamber, place the bun on top of it, and put the lid on.
Lifetime Brands explained that the cooking chamber has ribs that pierce the hot dog’s casing, allowing it to grill and sear from the inside out, while the vent lets steam escape to warm the bun.
