Luxury Brands LLC, led by company president and CEO, Michael Dodo, has acquired FHI Heat and all of its subsidiary beauty brands, including Stylus, Neo Bond, Hair Veil and Daily Beauty.
The acquisition allows for the extension of FHI Heat’s global brand marketing initiatives, the expansion of both its wholesale and direct to consumer retail distribution channels and investment into new product research and development, the company said. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“Luxury Brands is growing rapidly, and we are particularly excited to expand our business to hair care with FHI Heat’s amazing range of styling tools and products. This acquisition allows us to realize our vision of becoming the premiere brand of choice for beauty enthusiasts worldwide. FHI Heat’s success would not be possible without the dedication of our highly committed team members and our loyal customer base, and both will continue to play critical roles in the global expansion of this sensational beauty brand,” said Dodo.
As a result of the company’s acquisition and corporate restructuring, the new FHI Heat executive team includes: Michael Dodo, president and CEO; Jason Dodo, executive vice president; Nicolas Bobroff, svp/operations; Tracie May-Wagner, vp/global communications; and Sean James, artistic director.
FHI Heat has also moved its corporate headquarters from Valencia to Norwalk, CA.
