Mary Moore
As founder and CEO of The Cook’s Warehouse, Mary Moore has combined her love of cooking and business.
The Cook’s Warehouse is Atlanta’s premier gourmet store and cooking school with three locations, complemented by an online store at cookswarehouse.com and mail order catalog. Moore is a leader in the culinary industry, and has received numerous awards. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and has made numerous television appearances.
Moore’s latest venture is an app called Plenty that allows users to find restaurants that work for them based on a robust filter of diets, allergies and cuisine types. She is also very involved in community and is currently chair of the Atlanta Community Food Bank Board; past president of Les Dames d’Escoffier International; and a member of the Woodward Academy Governing Board and the Carter Center Board of Councilors.
