Midea showcased a number of new appliances for the kitchen and home at the IFA 2016 show.
For the kitchen, the company showcased its new power blender (model BL1192). It features six blades with 1,800 watts and a 32,000-rpm motor. It is said to be suitable for crushing ice and grinding nuts, grains and other ingredients within seconds.
A new electric pressure cooker (model PHT5083XM) features NutriDense technology, which automatically adjusts pressure throughout the cooking process. It is also said to maintain constant rotation of food at the boiling point.
The company also showcased a number of countertop microwave ovens, including the touch control microwave (model AC925EC3-SV0E00). It features inverter technology, healthy fry function, convection function, touch control, child safety lock, multiple auto menus and defrost by weight or time options. An LED display microwave (model AC925NOA-T00E00) features an enamel cavity for cleaning, and includes a grill function, LED display, child safety lock, multiple auto menus and defrost by weight or time options.
In home environment, the company showcased its smart DC fan (model FTS30-16BR), which features a DC motor, 26 speed normal wind option, 24-hour programmed timer and several wind modes, along with a multi-functional remote control.
