Newell Brands has introduced two new Ball brand jars, the first fall product launch for the home canning company in 10 years.
The new Ball 4-ounce miniature storage jars and smooth sided jars are designed for canning, holiday gift giving, crafting and more. According to the company, the 4-ounce miniature storage jars are 75% smaller than the standard pint jar and are ideal for storing candy, spices or filling as a stocking stuffer.
The new smooth-sided jars are available in regular mouth pint and quart, as well as wide mouth quart. The smooth facade of the jar has a minimized Ball brand logo to accommodate personalized labeling and decorating options for crafting, decor, gifting and sharing.
“Beyond food, nearly one-third of Ball mason jars sold are used for alternative use throughout the year and we’re thrilled to provide even more options for those looking to create something unique this year,” said Jeff Marvel, senior brand manager of fresh preserving for Newell Brands.
The Ball miniature storage jars are sold in a 4-pack with a suggested retail price of $5.99 and the smooth-sided jars are available in cases of 12 with a suggested retail price range of $11.99 to $15.99.
