Joseph Arcuri, Newell Brands chief commercial officer, will leave the company on August 31, the company announced in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
During his final month with Newell, the company said Arcuri would assist with the transition of his work duties. A replacement has yet to be named.
Arcuri previously served as Newell’s president of its Home Solutions division. He assumed his current position this past January and reported to Newell CEO Michael Polk.
