Nordstrom is opening multiple new stores in its off-price Rack chain.
New stores include the Nordstrom Rack at the new Lincoln Square Expansion in Bellevue, WA. The company scheduled the 43,000-square-foot store to open in fall 2017. It will be part of the 1.5 million square foot expansion of The Bellevue Collection development, which currently includes Bellevue Square, Bellevue Place and Lincoln Square, the portion under expansion.
On the East Coast, plans call for the debut of Nordstrom Rack at Chimney Rock Crossing in Bridgewater, NJ. Nordstrom stated that it scheduled the 36,000-square-foot store to open in 2018.
Nordstrom also will bring the Rack to Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. The 35,000-square-foot store has a scheduled opening in fall 2018.
In Long Beach, CA, Nordstrom plans to relocate its Rack store from Lakewood Center to the Long Beach Exchange development. The 28,000-square-foot store should be ready to open in spring 2018.
