NuWave is expanding its culinary team with the addition of chef David Oland.
A native of New Jersey, Oland has worked in restaurants across the United States including Trumpets On The Bay in New York City, Mario Batali’s Eataly in Chicago and as the executive chef of the award-winning French restaurant Montparnasse in the Greater Chicago area. His first restaurant, French Country Bistro, was awarded the Best New Restaurant of 1999 by Chicago Magazine.
“I am honored to be a part of the NuWave team,” Oland said. “It’s an incredible opportunity, and I am proud to be here. I am excited to try out NuWave’s range of innovative products and come up with recipes that everyone can enjoy, both in terms of taste and health.”
Along with being a professional chef, he has also been a culinary school instructor for more than 20 years. He taught as a culinary instructor at the revered French Culinary Institute in NYC and the School of Culinary Arts at Kendall College.
