The summer edition of NY Now allowed vendors to showcase giftable tabletop and home goods for the holiday season.
Providing gifts that could suit men were high on vendors’ lists at the summer market, such as ice buckets, flasks and other barware.
Multi-functional pieces that could do double duty as a centerpiece or other home décor as well as serving dishes for entertaining were key for gift giving opportunities for tabletop vendors. Statement serving and tableware pieces were also appealing to the interior design and boutique clientele who frequent NY Now, noted vendors.
Products to help consumers make the perfect cocktail or wine drink were prevalent, everything from ready made cocktail mixes to aerators, ice molds and bartender tools. On the other side of the spectrum, the health and wellness and hydration trend was still prevalent at the show, with vendors showcasing their brands of water bottles, ranging from colorful and collapsible, to glass and gemstone filled.
