International Market Centers’ svp/marketing, Karen Olson, has received an Outstanding Women in Business Award from Triad Business Journal in Greensboro, NC.
The awards program recognizes women who gained prominence in the business community, but who also are deeply committed to and engaged with their communities and the region as a whole.
Olson leads the IMC marketing teams for both the High Point Market and Las Vegas Market. Her responsibilities include brand marketing, creative and digital media team, public relations, corporate communications, retail relations and call center functions. She has been part of IMC’s management for six years, previously working as vp/marketing for Merchandise Mart Properties, and the director of marketing for Retail Systems Alert Group.
