OtterBox is debuting its Venture line of premium rugged coolers at the National Hardware Show at the Nite Ize booth.
According to the company, the American-made coolers feature cooling technology that can hold ice for up to 14 days and has been drop tested for durability on every side and edge, empty and full.
The coolers feature a mounting system that lets users attach accessories. A cutting board, dry storage tray and separators help organize and maximize the internal space, while the side table, cup holders and dry box clips extend use beyond the confines of the cooler.
Other features include: sturdy, user-friendly latches that hang out of the way when the cooler is open; anti-slide rubber feet; integrated handles that double as tie-down anchors and offer a comfortable, stable carry; a slanted interior bottom for easy draining, and interior nesting grooves.
The coolers come in three sizes, 25-, 45- and 65-quart, for a suggested retail of $249.99, $349.99 and $399.99, respectively. Venture coolers are available in Hudson (white and blue), Ridgeline (tan and green) and Back Trail (Realtree Xtra camo).
Also at the Hardware Show, OtterBox is introducing the Elevation tumbler line in 10-, 20- and 64-ounce sizes. These stainless steel tumblers are copper lined for temperature retention and feature a sweat-resistant design, according to the company.
The Elevation 20 tumbler, priced at $29.99, is customizable. It can be used to mix up a campsite cocktail with the shaker lid; used with a French press lid; steep tea or add fruit to water with the flavor infuser lid; and sealed up with a thermal lid. The Elevation 10 tumbler, with an MSRP of $24.99, is short and stout. The Elevation 64 tumbler, $89.99, provides all-day hydration or can double as a beer growler.
