Peugeot has debuted its Fidji salt and pepper mills. According to the company, the mills are made of rare olive wood from responsibly managed European groves.
The mill is topped with a stainless steel head and knob, marked “P” for pepper or “S” for salt. The mills also feature a stainless steel grinding mechanism, which is said to be spice-specific to optimize the flavor of peppercorns or sea salt. Both mills are fully adjustable from coarse to extra fine.
The Peugeot Fidji salt and pepper mills are available in two sizes: 5-inch, with a suggested retail price of $70 each, and 9-inch, with a suggested retail price of $85 each.
