CHICAGO— Pursonic has expanded its current lineup of personal care appliances with the launch of its S750 sonic toothbrush at the recent International Home + Housewares Show, here.
The rechargeable electric toothbrush is designed to be suitable for hard-to-reach areas and to remove tough stains, the company said. It features sonic wave technology, which is said to provide 40,000 sonic strokes per minute to effectively remove plaque without irritating gums. It also features a built-in UV sanitizer to reduce 99.9% of bacterium and germs on the brush head, according to the company.
The system includes 12 color coated brush heads for multiple users, a plaque remover, 2-minute auto timer with a 30 second interval alter system and three operation speeds including normal, soft and massage. The sonic toothbrush is available in black or white colors.
In addition, at the show the company also launched two new aroma diffusers. A glass aroma diffuser, model AD300, is designed to merge form and function, and features an ultrasonic transducer that is said to vibrate at a steady and high frequency to allow the molecules of water and the essential oils to be easily absorbed by the body.
The aroma diffuser features a programmable running time of one, two or three hours in continuous mode or four hours in intermittent mode, a 60ml water capacity, auto shut off at low water levels, built-in overheating protection and warm white color LED light.
The model AD220 portable aroma diffuser was developed with a sleek design and features the same high frequency ultrasonic transducer as its glass counterpart. It does not include a heating element, making it safe for use, the company said.
The unit features seven auto-fading, changing color LED lights, running time that can bet set at one, two or three hours in continuous mode or two, four or six hours in intermittent mode, 4.4-ounce water tank capacity and auto shut off at low water levels.
Along with the aroma diffusers, the company launched a six-pack of aroma oil blends made from the aromatic essences of plants, the company said. The six 10ml bottles include Deep Muscle Relief, Detox, Good Night, Breath Easy, Rejuvenate and Stress Free oil blends.
