Target will soon have a new chief spokesperson as Dustee Jenkins, the company’s svp/chief communications officer, is leaving the company, according to a report in the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.
Her final day with the company is June 23. The report did not indicate a reason for her departure. Jenkins, who has been in her position for the past seven years, will be replaced by Katie Boylan, the second in command on Target’s communications team.
Jenkins is the latest member of the retailer’s senior management team to depart. Casey Carl, Target’s evp/chief strategy and innovation officer, left the company in early May.
Carl was responsible for overseeing enterprise strategy, innovation, data analytics and business intelligence, as well as new business integration and operations.
