Restoration Hardware is introducing a fully integrated design platform dubbed RH Interior Design.
The company said it developed the concierge-level program to help customers make their dream spaces become realities. To support the introduction, RH will unveil interactive Design Ateliers across its entire retail store portfolio this fall, which will put the in-house design forums in 50 markets throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Under the interior design initiative, staffers trained in the RH design ethos and educated in architecture, interior design and the arts will assist customers to reimagine one room or an entire home including outdoor spaces. The company will have Design Ateliers, now available in a limited number of locations, operating in all its galleries beginning this fall. In the integrated workspaces, customers can work with the interior design team or their personal architects and interior designers surrounded by a library of fabrics, leathers, furniture, lighting and finishes as well as rugs and specialized displays for window treatments, bed and bath linens and bath hardware.
