Wayfair has appointed Doran Robinson vp/operations product innovation.
The company charged Robinson with expansion of the fulfillment and service systems that power Wayfair’s operations. He will also lead efforts to deliver an enhanced post-order experience.
Before joining Wayfair, Robinson built and scaled service delivery and product development functions for athenahealth. Prior to that, he led product and operations strategy and delivery at Capital One Financial.
