For the 12th consecutive year, Sauder Woodworking Co. has earned a Center of Excellence certification for its customer support contact center.
The Center of Excellence distinction goes to contact centers based on best-practice metrics drawn from objective and quantitative data that Benchmark Portal researchers audit and validate, Sauder noted.
Benchmark Portal awards the Center of Excellence designation to customer service call centers that rank in the top 10% of such operations surveyed, Sauder stated. It judges centers based on superior performance, in terms of cost-related and quality-related metrics compared with industry peers.
