A Twin-Star International source confirmed market rumors that Marc Sculler has left the company, where he was co-president.
Sculler began working with Twin-Star in 2014 when that company purchased Bell’O International, a producer primarily of media furniture, where he had been CEO.
In June 2015, Twin-Star announced that Rob Cohen stepped down as CEO, and Twin-Star would proceed with a new executive structure headed up by Sculler, formerly svp, and Pete Harper, previously vp and CFO, as co-presidents and Andy Bandremer, formerly svp, as evp.
In April, Twin-Star announced that it had been acquired by Z Capital Partners, a private equity management firm, from Trivest Partners, another investment group.
