Tervis has donated more than $34,000 to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) through their July 4 partnership.
Every year for July 4, Tervis runs a patriotic promotion in its 45 official Tervis stores and on Tervis.com for the holiday weekend. This year, according to the company, Tervis partnered with DAV to help veterans access their earned benefits instead of offering customers a discount or bonus gift.
During the period of June 30 to July 4, Tervis donated $2 from every product sold to DAV.
Rogan Donelly, president, Tervis, said, “Disabled American Veterans has been serving veterans as well as their families since 1920 and connects over one million veterans to their earned benefits each year. When we’re celebrating our country’s independence, remembering those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom felt right.”
