The Companion Group has introduced its CC Sync line of smart outdoor living products. The CC Sync lineup includes the Q-Tech Bluetooth Thermometer and the Soundbeam Grill Light with Bluetooth speaker, with plans to add more items in the future.
The Q-Tech Bluetooth Thermometer enables a consumer to monitor food as it cooks on the grill. The new thermometer comes with a downloadable Q-Tech app that pairs with a smart phone. The app will alert consumers to the temperature of their food as well as when it’s done.
The Q-Tech bluetooth thermometer also has customizable timers and temperature ranges along with 11 presets for beef, pork and poultry. The thermometer can stay connected to a consumer’s phone within a range of up to 80 feet, and includes a base and 26-inch connecting cable so the probe can reach every part of the grill. It has a suggested retail price of $39.99.
The SoundBeam Grill Light with Bluetooth speaker is both a grill light and a speaker. Consumers can position the SoundBeam using its attached clamp to shine an adjustable, bright beam of light on a grill top, creating better visibility. The SoundBeam pairs with Apple and Android phones, and will allow consumers to accept or decline incoming calls when connected to the phone. It has a suggested retail price of $49.99.

The CC Sync line will be available through major retail channels starting in spring 2017.
