Michael Motamedi, co-owner of Parcae, a Toronto-based restaurant and the Baffi Collection, Inc., recently developed the Ultimate Cutting Board and has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund it.
According to Motamedi, the cutting board is made of solid maple wood and includes a mandoline slicer, lemon juicer, measuring cups, disposal tray and can also be used as a serving platter. It measures 16-inches in width by 20-inches in length and is 1 3/4-inches deep. The board was designed to be a central station in the kitchen, helping to eliminate clutter, the company said.
