FRANKFURT— Tableware introductions at Ambiente will include items such as a set of four canapé plates and other pairings for home entertaining such as serving food or cocktails or hosting a barbecue. Motifs that feature an outdoor theme, whether it be conveying a day by the sea or in a tranquil garden, will also be present.
GIEN
Gien’s new Jardins Extraordinaires features depictions of lush vegetation. Parisian Garden features scenes from Paris’s Luxemburg Gardens; Asian Garden features a calm, harmonious Japanese water garden motif; Oriental garden features a fountain framed with flowers surrounded by palms and other verdant foliage; Equatorial Garden features a Mexican hacienda design, in buttercup yellow, fringed with palms, flowers and cacti. Gien will also feature extensions in its Indigo tableware line.
Q SQUARED
Q Squared is featuring its new 16-inch platters from its spring/summer 2017 collections including Limonata, highlighted by lemons and romantic blossoms, Captiva, teeming with tranquil sea life, Porto Chalé, with a countryside theme. The company is also releasing additions to its signature Ruffle Collection, including a chip and dip platter, turkey platter and mug.

Sagaform is offering eight prepackaged gift sets. A Piccadilly serving bowl in white features flared walls and a dot pattern, while a Piccadilly ramekin set features two oversized ramekins with scalloped edges. A set of two rocking tumblers includes two drink stones. A black trivet/tablet holder keeps the user’s tablet upright while cooking and doubles as a trivet for serving.
