Wüsthof’s Classic 7-inch Ultimate Everyday Knife combines the features of several different types of knives into one. It has a clip-point tip for light butchering and maneuverability around joints, while its hollow edge can be used for smooth, precise slicing and carving. The knife has increased width at its bolster, allowing for a rocking motion that helps with chopping, mincing and dicing.
