Mary Wenner has joined Dallas Market Center as evp/leasing, responsible for leasing strategy across all divisions.
Wenner reports to Dallas Market Center president and CEO Cindy Morris. Eva Walsh, previous evp/leasing, will transition to lead new business and retail development and to identify and implement business growth and buyer delivery strategies.
Wenner joins Dallas Market Center from Neiman Marcus, where she held numerous leadership positions, most recently as vp/omnichannel merchandise planning for e-commerce, stores and catalog.
“Mary’s experience in merchandising and planning, team building and new market expansion will be a tremendous asset,” said Morris. “Our trajectory in gift, home, and fashion will benefit greatly from her retail intelligence and leadership capabilities.”
