Fortessa Tableware Solutions is debuting its first bar tools collection, dubbed Crafthouse by Fortessa, at the International Home + Housewares Show. The collection also includes glassware. Fortessa collaborated with James Beard Award winning bartender Charles Joly in creating the collection. Crafthouse by Fortessa bar tools will enable consumers to tap into mixology trends at home, according to the company. For example, one of the bar trends is smoked cocktails, which is used with bourbon or rye drinks. One of the highlighted products of the Crafthouse line is a home cocktail smoking kit. In the glassware part of the collection, Crafthouse features etched designs that coordinate with elements from the brand’s bar tool collection. Crafthouse features the following barware tools and glassware designs: a martini, double old fashioned, hi ball, coupe and a mixing glass that is used to create stirred cocktails. Among the barware tools in the new collection are a cocktail smoker, cocktail shaker, julep strainer, jigger, muddler, ice bucket, ice scoop and tray. There are also two sets available, a shaking set and a mixing set.
